“I was in the area out of town. After coming out to a flat tire I pulled into their shop. It was late in the day and they were able to get me in quickly and repair my tire for me. They were so sweet and kept me from a break down 2 hours from home. Would highly recommend!!!”

“I stopped there and needed a high pressure hose that was very important for my application. They were the only place in the area that makes that type of hose. The staff is very knowledgeable and had the hose and fittings in stock. They made the hose right on the spot. Id like to give a big shout out to curt, Terry and Rick for saving my day. Very impressed on how they handled my situation, although they were busy they made me feel that my need for the high pressure hose was important to them. The staff there makes you feel that anything that you need is just as important to them. Not like the other stores I've been to”
“First time here. Was in and out in 5 min. Family business, very fair price. Topped off fluids (which valvoline did not) and tires. Friendly and to the point without upselling cabin filters and windshield wipers. Was literally 3 questions, name, milage, oil type. Will be back as long as I live in the area.”
“We stopped and looked at Ram trucks on our way home. I was originally looking for a Laramie that had a preferred package on it , but couldn’t find one on line anywhere. Mitch came out and we talked briefly. I told him we were just looking and probably going to order one next year. Portage Ram had an awesome price on a Limited. It had a lot of options that I really didn’t need. Ram then came out with $3000.00 off on Ram trucks for August. With the huge discount by Portage and Rams discount, we decided to call Mitch up and discuss trade in etc. We met with him and after a few minutes of haggling, we became proud owners of a new 2025 Limited. This was on a Saturday. We did all the paperwork and because we hadn’t brought the title for our trade, we told him we would be back Wednesday to bring in the title. However Mitch said he would deliver it himself on Monday and drive the trade in back. We had an amazingly easy negotiation and the whole staff at Portage Ram were great to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.”
“I have been going to Joe's for a few years now. With different vehicles I have owned, When they repair them, they are fixed. I have never had to take it back for the same issue. Tim has even had to come with his flat bed and rescue my vehicles from the side of road a couple of times. It nice to someone reliable like that.I highly recommend Joe's auto. “I have been meaning to write this review for years. I purchased a 2007 corvette from MSI Auto Sales in May of 2022. I owned the car for a year. Still to this day it has been the most reliable car I have ever owned. I drove 5 hours from Iowa to check out the car. MSI ended up holding the car 2 weeks for me until I could get my loan figured out. Everyone I dealt with there was extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future.”
“Speaking particularly about the portage location, the lead mechanic took great care and respect of the older classic car I brought in for oil change, led his team efficiently, serviced in a timely manner , kept the seats/interior clean from any grease or oil, awesome guys and gals here, only thing I could complain about is not having older oil filters or the option to pay up front for an order of an older oil filter as I was told they stock only 1999 and newer , so I paid full price for the high mileage change and I provided a $13.99 oil filter from O'Reilly's and Walmart did credit me $2.00 on the money they saved, would give 5 stars if I could pay up front before they would order a filter for me and include with the oil change price.”
