“I lost my electric power steering on a Sunday near Plover and limped to the closest auto shop . It was Mark Toyota. Walked to hotel and on Monday morning in the rain back to Mark. I'm needing to get home to my wife, job, and two young kids a couple hours away. The young man at service said "sorry, we are booked for the day". (There was one car in the garage of about six spots.)I called Bruns & Sons less than a mile away and told them my situation. They got me right in. I was a priority even though they had a full garage. treated me well as I waited and mechanic was friendly and informative . charged me a fair rate even though I was in a pretty desperate situation.
