Great auto shop friendly people, shop manager is super down to earth and a straight shooter. Owner genuinely cares about the customers and the quality of work provided.

This is a wonderful car repair place. My parents took their vehicles to the tuffys in Green Bay and highly recommend them, the Appleton location did not disappoint. They gave me a ride home and picked me up so I didn't have to wait, however the waiting area is very nice. The owners are very helpful and really nice guys.
