Did a return with an older lady there and I felt very unwelcoming. She at one point stated she would not do the return when we conflicted over their dresses on their online site.

You need an ID to make a return if you don’t have an account with Francesca’s?? What a horrible policy…. That needs to change asap

Can’t recommend shopping here enough! Sidney was such a rockstar helping me get ready for my party and knew exactly what to say. My little sister especially loved the cute matching dresses and I’m glad to finally have a place we can both shop!
