Went there to open up a checking account and Mel the manager was extremely helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure I was all set up and ready to go. I definitely recommend this bank to anyone that want to bank where the associates actually care about you.

Was Waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes with a screaming child. There was only 2 cars in front of me. The 3 banks in neenah are much faster.
