They were awesome… this is my second bike I have bought from them great people very helpful and knowledgeable needed my bike lowered and they did it right away my opinion 5 star service every time I walk in. Keep it up Appleton Harley Davidson I will forever be a customer

I needed new tires. I never thought Harley would do this by appt while i wait. Oh yes! The service was glorious! Nolan and Ryan were wonderful. 1.5 hours start to finish while i sat outside and smoked a cigar. Cheers dudes.

Shopping for shirts was good, very friendly and helpful staff. Waited a pretty long time in line just to pick up an oil & filter box from the parts department.
Our staff at Appleton Harley-Davidson is like a family. We work together as a team, each person bringing their own individual talents to the company. As a team, we have plenty of experience in the motorcycle business, some of us working in the industry our whole lives. The Service Department has graduates from Appleton Harley-Davidson University, and all are very experienced in dealing with motorcycle service needs. Keeping up to date on new aspects of the industry is very important, and many of our employees have ongoing training while they work. Commitment to customers and quality is what drives our employees to do their very best.
