“I went in yesterday and the 2 ladies that work there, Stephanie and Justina, were VERY helpful. They were efficient, informational, timely, and charismatic. I had to go to work the hour after I walked in and they were so conscious and considerate of it. Best experience I've had at a metro store. The employees made it worth it. Don't lose those girls! Their customer service is on point. Definitely 5 stars.”

“Excellent service from Kal, Jim, and everyone at Karl’s! The installers were professional, as always, and did an amazing job of using care while going thru our house with the appliances and communicating what could be done by me, as the homeowner, to improve the fridge/water hookup and the stove 220 floor plug since they do not offer those services. Kal and Jim helped with changes to our order and even made the rebate process fairly seamless. We love all the new LG kitchen appliances and we have been satisfied with the previous purchases of the 2 washer/dryer sets and our previous fridge over the past 15 years or so. We also love Karl’s warranty program since I believe they give you half back in store credit if they do not get used. This is the best place that I have experienced for home appliances. Thank you!”
