They walked me through every step of the insurance/car totaling/rental car process WAY better and more thoroughly than the insurance company did. They helped me get all of my things out of the vehicle, and just went above and beyond for me. 10 out of 10 recommend if you need towing services...or any service they offer, you can't go wrong because their customer service was top notch! ( Not sponsored, affiliated or any other thing lol), I was just highly impressed with their people.”

“Great people, faster service. I was in the area for the day, 3 hours from home in Pennsylvania, when I ran something of damaging a tire on my jeep. After throwing the donut on, I limped it 25 minutes to Hocking Tire (they were the closest and still open). They said tire couldn't be repaired so I asked if they could throw a new matching tire on. Unfortunately they didn't care that brand but could get one by the next morning. I explained I was only there for the day and just wanted to get back home. They hooked me up with a used tire that could make the 3 hour trip home down I70. They charged me much less than expected and got me back on the road very quick. Thanks Hocking Tire Center!”
“I wish I could give more stars,My husband and I just moved into state and on our way there we had a tire bubble up on us, stranded with nowhere to go or anyone to call on a rainy Saturday, we tried some roadside assistance businesses, local tow shops, etc, couldn’t help us. We were starting to lose hope but I called Goodyear and not only was (I believe his name was Jeremy) extremely kind and listened to our problems but, he went out of his way to help us change our tire when we were stranded. I have never received such amazing customer service and just over all niceness. I wish I could tell everyone how great they are. Without them we would have been stranded a new state. Thank you SO much Goodyear! Earned a customer for life!!”

“They have always done a great job here. Excellent place to get tire work done. During these difficult times I was conversing with one of the owners and was talking about this pandemic. Mentioned how my one job as a home healthcare worker I still have. I had huge screw in my tire and had no expectations of getting it done for free. Gentleman was extremely kind and courteous. He insisted they repair my tire for free. I am so blessed and thankful for that. He said any home healthcare workers come there if they need anything done to their tires. Awesome job and ty so much!
