“I wish I could give more stars,My husband and I just moved into state and on our way there we had a tire bubble up on us, stranded with nowhere to go or anyone to call on a rainy Saturday, we tried some roadside assistance businesses, local tow shops, etc, couldn’t help us. We were starting to lose hope but I called Goodyear and not only was (I believe his name was Jeremy) extremely kind and listened to our problems but, he went out of his way to help us change our tire when we were stranded. I have never received such amazing customer service and just over all niceness. I wish I could tell everyone how great they are. Without them we would have been stranded a new state. “Bob Sumerel Tire Co. of Parkersburg, WV is actually located on Staunton Turnpike/Rt47. We are located in the small yellow building beside Windcore Windows and above the boat ramp/park. If you are looking for us and are exiting off RT50, westbound, turn right at the lights, go across the small bridge past Windcore and are the first little yellow building on the left. “They have always done a great job here. Excellent place to get tire work done. During these difficult times I was conversing with one of the owners and was talking about this pandemic. Mentioned how my one job as a home healthcare worker I still have. I had huge screw in my tire and had no expectations of getting it done for free. Gentleman was extremely kind and courteous. He insisted they repair my tire for free. I am so blessed and thankful for that. He said any home healthcare workers come there if they need anything done to their tires. Awesome job and ty so much! “Always treat us right. Only complaint is on our last visit I got an alignment done. Before they did it the tow out was out so that the steering wheel was turned slightly left while driving straight. After the alignment the steering wheel was turned slightly left to go straight.”
