“The Ross store had plenty of items available for purchase. The store was pretty crowded due to the holiday season, but there was no shortage of good merchandise. I am a slightly larger person, and they offer a wide selection of 2XL shirts. I'm very satisfied with my visit.”
“WVUP Art Club wants to take a break from their busy study schedules to give a huge shout out to all our wonderful donors for this years holiday raffle!!! Thank you all so much for your generosity and support!”
“The staff at this location are friendly and try to be helpful. The way corporate sets things up makes it difficult for the employees and customers. Some of the things in this store are overpriced. I'm not going to sugarcoat this at all.It is extremely expensive to be corpulent. If you are above a DD this is definetly a great place for you to get a bra, and maybe one of the only places in town you can get one, but can be pricey. They are good quality though.”
“Chantel at buckle was extremely helpful and made my experience super easy. She was able to bring me items that were my style and fit how I wanted. I hate shopping but she made it really easy”
“Customer service was excellent. Great deals, but a little disappointed at the instore infant boy selection. Overall good shopping experience because the sale prices and staff made up for it.”
“This rating is for the Beckley WV Cato only. It is the absolute best. Lots to choose from. Other Cato companies should follow their example. Even the Cato in Orlando was woefully understocked”
“Had a great time shopping at Hot Topic today! Specifically, my sister and i had a great experience there, where we were assisted and rang up by Zayne. Helped us get the clothes we wanted and then let us know about an awesome deal where we got half off of our total cost! Saved us a lot of money by keeping us informed!! Super helpful, charming, and overall fantastic. Thank you, Zayne!”
“Always like shopping here, but didn't have the best experience recently. We were approached by a gentlemen named Alex, I think, about applying for a JC Penney credit card. We declined initially. He was quite pushy about it, and touted that he'd check for an account for both my husband and myself. My husband has a card already, and apparently can't say no, so he agreed. "Alex" then came back and insisted I check for an account and I said sure because he said that we could use a deal of 35% off coupon on my husband's card. So, he has me enter my ssn to check for an account, which of course I don't have, and he tells me to update an account, address, email, the like, and confirm some information. Then it looks like I am going through the ending steps of a credit application. I asked about the credit check and he waves it off and basically says no big deal. It's not a big issue, I have good credit, but he wasn't totally truthful about the process. Either way, I get the 35% off coupon, and I am assured by Alex that I can use the coupon with my husband's card, and that if I don't use my card, the account will close in 30 days? Didn't make sense. We get to the register and try to pay, and I indicate that I would like to use the 35% off coupon with my husband's card, and the cashier let's me know that I cannot use it that way. We have a conversation about what I was told, and he apologizes after speaking with the manager on duty. He apologized again and said that it makes them look bad. All the other staff was nice, and it didn't make them look bad, just the guy that was dishonest to get more credit applications. So, don't let him be pushy, or ask for someone else if you are interested for real in applying for a credit card and Alex approaches you.”
“A friend/co-worker and I stopped in the Hurricane store yesterday and were very happy with the selection and service—the ladies there were so helpful and friendly!! Will definitely shop there again!”
