I had forgot my Kohl's rewards card.Madelyn walked me thru the steps to look it up.At Customer Service I was astonished by the speed of my return and friendliness of the associate ( I did not get her name). When I was handed my receipt for the return, I was informed that I had a 20% off coupon. While I had indented to drop and go (Amazon return), I was now faced with the dilemma of what to do.
