“I’m very thankful that my neighbors recommended Kevin & Everstone to me. My beloved 2007 Nissan Murano started puttering on a trip home and I immediately felt a sense of dread. I had been burned pretty bad by another local car repair service last year and was feeling a lot of anxiety about finding a new mechanic. When I called Kevin had such a kind and calm demeanor and within an hour of my car being dropped off he had diagnosed the issue and sent me an estimate. My car was ready the very next day and ran great. The whole process was the absolute opposite of what I had been dealing with at my previous mechanic and I’m so thankful that they were recommended to me. I also really like the system they use to send estimates and I really appreciated the notes on the estimate which helped me understand the repairs. While I hope to not have to use their services often I feel a sense of relief knowing where to call when I need to.”

“I called AutoServ to inquire about my noisy steering issue. They fit me in the next day! I received back a long list of maintenance (mostly preventative) that they recommended for my car. It was overwhelming but nice to be able to look back at to ensure I am keeping up with things. I authorized them to fix my left/right control arm and to replace my back brakes. My car was done in a day and I picked it up from their convenient key box. When I drove my car around after I picked it up, the brakes were making a noise so I notified them and they fit me in the following day to look at them. Ends up that they needed to replace the rotors and brake pads again. They did so and corrected the issue for me. I picked up the car later that day and hadn’t had an issue since. I appreciate their willingness to make things right to get those repairs 100% completed. Everyone I dealt with there was extremely friendly from the people at the front desk to the mechanic I spoke with. The cost for the repairs seemed fair when I compared it to the cost of the parts/average labor costs. They also followed up with me recently to ensure everything was running smoothly. Overall, I am impressed. I am happy to report the problems I had for noisy steering (and my occasional squeaky brakes) are fixed.

“I had an engine oil leak for over 10 years and during that time I attempted to have it repaired 3 separate times costing me over $3,000.00. Gaskets were always replaced along with the fluids but unfortunately the oil continued to leak! After moving to the area I brought my car to Advanced Auto Authority and low and behold all that needed to be done to stop the leak was to replace the oil cap! Bring your vehicle to the PROFESSIONALS at Advanced Auto Authority!
