217 Oak Lee Dr, Ranson“This is my go-to pharmacy and grocer. The pharmacy staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If they’re out of a particular medicine, they can get it within a day or two. You can refill via phone and app, set up automatic refills, and receive text notifications when prescriptions are ready.”
“A restaurant supplier who breaks things down so you don't have to buy monster sizes. Another perk, most suppliers I've visited you have to know exactly what you want as it isn't a grocery store where you can browse. While the store is not particularly big it does allow you to physically walk the store and shop. You won't be able to get all your weekly shopping done here but it does offer good/great prices and access to mostly restaurant quality foods with a focus on but not limited to steaks/seafood/soups/pies. Personally, I think it is a great suppliment for the average consumers grocery.”

1102 W Washington St, Bolivar“The ladies working the bar and servers were absolute sweethearts. Every drink they poured was delicious, and the food was from scratch and to die for. The entire bar was just amazing. So glad we stopped here!”

1147 Co Rte 340/4, Charles Town“I don't like check out. They just throw in basket heavy on top of light. Then you have to go bag it. And pay for a cart. This was my first time, not impressed. Positive, food was good and great prices. I might try curbside pick up.”
“This store has just about anything a country store would need. The only thing they don't do is cook food which the employee said they were getting their permits to do. They sell everything from bait, knives to propane and milk. They even sell flowers and wine for Valentine's day. The prices aren't crazy either. This is that great place when it's late, you don't want to drive into town but need those few items.”
“It's like a Farmers Market/Orhanic Grocery Store! They have big bottles of kombucha here if you like Kombucha! They sell meats and fresh veggies! There's also a deli on the left inside didn't get to try. Lots of different hot sauces I never saw before. Also had Sea Moss drinks which I never came across before. Highly recommended checking them out because they carry a lot of different and unique products!”
“Clean store, easy to shop. The Foodlion app is a nightmare to get in to get coupons and whatever! Couldn't simply change password through my email it wants me to call in! There's a chat of course it tells you to call customer service also ..why?!? Who wants to hold for a rep to get password help?!!”
7:30AM - 7PM
207 S Princess St #100, Shepherdstown“Community Garden Market is a nice little specialty shop. Unless you have a VERY limited diet and a good amount of money you are not going to do your weekly shopping here, but that is not what it is for. Check it out and then get ice cream next door.”
“Had lunch there today, awesome litte hole in the wall corner store. Great homemade sandwiches, the pastrami is delicious! Reminds me of a store in the Andy Griffith Show or something ?”
“Love the wine selection in this market, the steamed shrimp are always a delicious treat! Highly recommend the fried chicken as well it's delicious and they never disappoint. I do recommend you order ahead if it's during busy times like football season.”
“I live in Europe. This store offers a superb variety of spices, food from around the world. The melons, pasteks, corn on the cob were delicious!!
Everything at a reasonable price because I find that the big brands like Martins, Weiss, etc. have become too expensive... otherwise the food is overpriced in the USA ?”
“Very competitive prices, reasonably good quality on the produce despite slightly reduced total selection compared to some groceries. Staff has been quietly polite and professional in my experience. Clean and reasonably well stocked / presented most days.
Main constructive feedback is since it’s a college town and somewhat more trendy / open minded community for the area, you’d expect WAY more vegetarian options. Very few Morningstar / Impossible options.”
“Really great Martin's. I like the layout; everything is clean and well organized. The parking lot is not at all my favorite though, really is the only weak point of the place. I had no issues while there at all. If you keep to the sales you can save more money here than at other place down the road.”
7AM - 11PM
409 McNeil St, Berryville“This tine when I went to Martin's it was a last minute thing. I was looking for fruit and came across some fruit on sale in a container buy one $10 get the second one free.
You know my eyes lite up from that. Always love a good deal.”
“This store is defiantly less cluttered and cleaner than the bunker hill or north Queen stores. But it still has its days. Thus may be a corporate problem I don't think there are enough staffers it seems there always short handed and workers are stocking shelves between customers. Over all the Pikeside plaza Dollar General store is my favorite out of the ones in my area.”
“This is a great store over all, but if you need anything from behind the checkout counter, depending on the shift and who's working you could be waiting a good while. They strongly rely on self check out and often have to be found to come help up front.”
“Very kind employees :) I am always nervous in public but they were so kind it made me want to go there more often -- I had only stopped by to get some last-minute stuff for a Halloween party.”
8AM - 10PM
20 Rosewood Dr, Charles Town“Very friendly staff . I am in this Dollar store everyday the employees treat me like a good friend. Being so close to many housing development supplies go fast. I live a block from the store so its very convenient. I do wish it were bigger.”
7AM - 9:30PM
21 Tuscawilla Dr, Charles Town“When I saw there were no reviews... I had to make one. This is a wonderful corner store whether it be popcorn, beer, sugar, peanut butter.... they never let me down when I have a craving or am missing an ingredient for a meal. The owner's daughter (assuming) is very personable and really is the heart of this wonderful operation. This is my morning/eve stop when I pull in the neighborhood and need to fill up my gas tank. I live in the development behind the store and I don't mind paying a few bucks more for the convenience and hospitality.”
“A little bit over priced but the rewards card is nice to build up points for gas, and if you order online points can be used for money off your order. Employees are more friendly than some other grocery stores in the area. The store is clean and the produce is fresh with lots of options and variety. They also have low salt Pringles, which Walmart does not.”
“it's a general store, but I can say some of the help there are very kind and friendly. Though the store is so busy that it is hard to keep the shelves stocked,I still seem to find what I need.”
“It is a great store if you want to get something quick. It is understaffed, but they do their best to keep the store clean and safe. I personally find it easier to get into compared to other stores of similar sizes. It is far from most other stores which makes it great if you are just passing by and want a quick snack or need something specific.”
“Charles Town West Virginia Walmart on a early Sunday morning. All shopping carts were outside in cart corrals. No carts inside the store. Many aisles were blocked in the grocery dept by associates picking orders. Very difficult to get items in the bread aisle. Floor looked recently buffed as it looked very shiny. Out of stock on strawberries.”
“I spoke with Jordan on the phone. I work at a dentist office. He was so polite and helpful. Thank you Jordan. After a stressful day, you turned it around. I appreciate you!”
“We stopped here on the way home from an afternoon at a nearby winery. The store was recommended by a friend of ours that had just spent the day with us. Sadly our first stop in the shopping plaza was closed. It is a bagel shop that was closed around 4 pm on Sunday. Can you believe it? We came to Walmart to get soda water & a sweet snack. Plus the kids wanted to look around the toy department. After all it will be Christmas sooner than you think! Near the front of the store was a seasonal favorite. They had peanut oil in very large containers for the deep fryers to cook your Thanksgiving turkey! There's also a Claire's store by the grocery entrance for all your earring needs. We finished our visit at the store here. There were clearance items on sale. The grocery department is a decent size. It goes from the front to the back along the right wall. My daughter was craving a bit of ice cream. We could not find any of the DC area specialty brands like Jeni's at Walmart but they had Ben & Jerry's for a good price. while my daughter was picking a flavor out I took my 2 grandchildren and their friends to the toy area. They had a really nice variety of Lego kits here. My grandson loves building them. My granddaughter loves to play with unicorns. She saw so many fun and cute ones here. My daughter walked over eating a pint of the Jimmy Fallon flavored Ben & Jerry's ice cream. We shared it until it was all gone! We were both making Christmas list notes as the kids looked around. Until next time be kind to each other. #walmart @yelpdc #legos #ben&Jerrys #sundayfunday”
“I always love shopping at Weis stores. This was my first time in this particular one and I was very happy with my experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”
