From routine care, to the death of a beloved pet, to care for a quirky rescue dog, these folks care about both pets and their parents.

Absolutely the words receptionist. I've ever met in my life. Said f u to my face because I asked about my bill and why the overcharged me for me dogs meds And threatened to call the cops if I didn't pay immediately Then called the cops instead. I never wanted to pay my bill.
Worst service imaginable

I was incredibly impressed and touched by the care given to my dad’s barn cat at his appointment today. He hasn’t been off the farm in years and was overdue for shots and an exam. He was terrified, shaking and breathing heavy the whole drive there and once in the room. The vet tech and the vet were so kind and gentle with him. The vet did a phenomenal, thorough exam while holding him in a supportive way to help him calm down and feel safer. I feel confident now that we know he is healthy until his next round of shots. He was calmer on the way home, I think from the kind interactions he got in his appointment. You can really tell the staff here do it for the love of the animals.

Don’t get me wrong I love the vet, but sometimes dealing with a small clinic you need to make choices. I have 11 animals and my vet bills yearly are substantial. I thought I had made a “vet” appointment only to find out that I was scheduled for a tech only appointment. This was for a 17 year old cat who is not doing well, the next available appointment I was told was the end of July, six weeks out. She may not live that long, so when I suggested I may have to look for another vet, Debbie became extremely surly, this is not the first time her attitude has shown itself. I wish the vet the best but I can not afford emergency appointments on a consistent basis, therefore I have to change.

We've taken our cat to Apple Tree twice now. The staff is warm and friendly. They are very professional. We were able to be seen quickly, whereas our previous vet told us it would be weeks despite our cat being sick. Highly recommend Apple Tree!

Excellent Service always. The techs and Dr Piper as well as the receptionists are great. They have walked me through everything needed to keep our “SQUIRT” (he’s a white Bichon with Lymphoma) so very comfortable. They are so great and compassionate. Thank you so very much

Highly recommended. Very friendly staff. My son (Lucky that is a mixed hound) loves the place. We love the place. Thanks to Apple Tree Animal Clinic to serve us.

Our dog is extremely shy. Dr. Piper often will get down on the floor to do her full assessment and vaccinations, where it's much less stressful for the animal. The entire staff went above and beyond to make the patient more comfortable.
