They told me it would be three weeks until they would operate on my cat. She died in 10 days.

Had to wait in the parking lot and call to gain entrance...lady put me on hold for way too long...after you put a person on hold that long without an explanation it just seems unprofessional and kinda spoiled the rest...gotta be better receptionist ...
