Don't bring your IRA here. They are pretty much clueless. Could have cost me a fortune in tax liability. Had to go to a different branch and fix it.

I wanted to change my address and lady named Lisa couldn't do it. She asked another lady and she said she DONT have time and going to lunch. What ever happen to customer service? Been with them 40 years and not much longer.
