“I am not from the area. I was buying a car from a lady that banked at BB&T. I had to call the bank to ask for them to print out some documents for me. Kenny Billings took care of the printing. Later in the day I was struggling with getting a wire finished from my bank to BB&T and Kenny once again started calling around and couldn't find it, when it did finally come in, he called the lady right away.
