Jasmyn was AMAZING! helped me with my phone upgrade and was super patient, respectful, and knowledgeable about all things iPhone. She is definitely a valued employee and should be seen that way!

Excellent customer service from Matt. I needed my number switched over and he walked me through the process. He unfortunately couldn’t do it him self because they don’t have access to that. But fortunately he was their to assist me and make sure it was officially switched over.

I have wonderful things to say about Verizon. We made the switch to Verizon and we're happy we did. The service and attention to detail given by Jasmyn was fantastic!
