“I am editing my previous review because although my initial interaction (I’m not sure his name an older gentleman) was not great, Matt was incredibly nice and helpful which altered my initially poor perception of the business. I still believe that services should not be paid in full if the service isn’t even complete yet. It also took longer than expected for our screen to arrive. When we visited the store, we had conveyed the importance of my husbands phone working because he cannot work without it and was told that the screen will be delivered the very next day and it wasn’t. I understand shipping issues may happen but we paid 300 dollars up front and assumed that any overnight/shipping fees were included in that to get it there the very next day and when we called the next day it wasn’t ordered yet and was told it’s 30 more dollar to ship overnight. So I think the person we talked to in store initially miscommunicated with us and an itemized receipt would be nice to see so we know what we are paying for. Otherwise, Matt saved the day and the phone was fixed 2 days later and works great!”

“Bryce and Joshua deserve a special thank you and praise. You aren’t always having the best day when you have to visit the phone store… I had been having issues with my cellular data and was feeling a little cranky that it had set off my daily plans. But as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile, hellos, and genuine conversation. They listened to my troubles and provided multiple solutions for my best plan of action. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell anything but rather offer options and help educate me. Both made my visit a very enjoyable experience. I’m choosing this Verizon location every time.”

“Received excellent help and service today. After many years of owning a cell, I finally did the stupid (and fatal) 'dunk your phone in a cup of coffee' trick. Luckily, Markiece was able to help us out quickly enough to get the old data transferred onto the new one before it was too late (took a lot of patience since the old phone was determined to die as quickly and as glitchily as possible) and rearranged our phone plan to mitigate the cost of the new phone, since the need to get one immediately meant my choices were limited to a pricier phone than I usually get. He was a lifesaver for us since we are in the midst of moving, and had already lost our landline and my phone was the primary way of EVERYONE getting ahold of me.”

“I had called about 20 minutes before coming to the store and the associate I spoke to was very polite, answered all of my questions, and helped me get the information I needed. When I got to the store, within 30 seconds an associate (my receipts say his name is Jerel.) had greeted me and we talked about what I was looking for, we found out that he was who I had spoken to on the phone. My only intentions were to upgrade my phone, however Jerel was able to convince me to buy both a new smart watch as well as get a new tablet. (The tablet was free though lol). Jerel and I couldn't find a case for my new phone on any of the walls, so he went digging through the drawers and found one for me, got my new phone set up, put my new case on, and answered any and all questions I had. I had a great experience today and i'm happy the first AT&T store I called before this store didn't have the phone I wanted haha. 10 out of 10 would totally reccommend Jerel and that store.”

“I was there just a few days before Christmas and there was only 1 young lady working. She had 3 or 4 customers in front of me but was very kind and helpful to each one of us. By the time it was my turn it was a few min past the 9pm closing time yet she took the time to help me pick out a phone for my daughter, agift for my wife and never once complained or tried to rush me out the door. I was very happy with the customer service I received. Especially given she had started her morning at 5am at her other job.”

“I went in TMobile at Morgantown mall the other day in total frustration trying to get my phone service straight after getting my phone mailed to me by T-Mobile. When I went in I was greeted with some of the friendliest people. Jas and Trumyn went above and beyond my highest expectations. I really appreciate the help they gave me. If it were not for these two young people I would have sent the phones back and went to another carrier. Thank you Trumyn and Jas!!!”

“I had the absolute best experience today. I signed up with Verizon about 6 months ago and was lied to from day one. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to switch over since my sign up was so recent, but Kyle made it happen. Not only did he make it happen, he also made it very easy, and kept me informed of everything going on the whole time. I ended up switching over all 3 lines, and adding home internet. Even though I added on home internet, I walked out of there paying around $100 less each month. If you’re thinking about switching, or already have them and need assistance in any way, I highly recommend you stop in and ask for Kyle. He’s so informative and his customer service is top notch.”

“Walmarts should be gauged on the fact that they are Walmarts. This particular one was surely one of the cleanest ones I've seen in a while. The staff at the entrance was also very friendly and shouted out a Welcome when you entered and left the store. Unfortunately I kept forgetting something from my car, so was welcomed a few times. If you are in the area, I'd highly suggest visiting this store.”
