“Just finished up 3 months renting here as I was awaiting my trip for grad school and I gotta say- the owner Fred is an outstanding guy. He’s very fair, polite, attentive, and also answered every one of my calls. My unit was extremely clean when I opened it and the location in town is great. Code entry and code exit with a plethora of cameras so I had zero worries or concerns while I was away from my belongings. I have had experience with a couple other storage facilities in town and none of them were bad per-say, but none of them were this smooth and fair priced either. Mountaineer storage gets my repeated vote. Thanks again Fred!!! You’re the man.”

“This facility is of excellent quality.It is well lit, well secured and feels safe even if you are the only one there.It is always clean and the units are verynice. I have a climate controlled unit and my things are guarded against the harsh weather.It is also reasonably priced.I can not say enough about the management. They always respond immediately, they have been very understanding and have worked with me as I went through a hard time.I have used many storage units over the years and this one wins my vote by a landslide!I strongly recommend Metro Storage.You can sleep sound at night and know that your most precious worldly possessions are safe.I have had a very pleasant experience with this establishment.And yes I am a real person and a very happy customer ?!”

“Place is clean and looks well kept. Information about the check in would have been helpful. We have a unit on the 2nd floor, didn't realize there were no elevators in the building until we had unpacked our uhaul. Maybe send a message to people renting on the 2nd floor that they have to drive around to the back of the building to unload?”

“I needed a storage unit for a few months while I was deployed, and this was a fantastic storage unit experience. I was able to claim and pay for a storage unit online without having to go to the office. And I was able to sign the rental contract and receive the gate code digitally as well. The hours were 24/7 so I was able to drop off/pickup my things according to my availablity. There were also fixed cameras which made me feel confident in the security of my belongings being stored here. The price was absolutely fair for the value I was presented with the overall storage unit and secure location.”

“I'm giving no stars But I wasn't there I don't like that just because one passes a place google says you were there what did you think about the place .blablabla.... that's not right to assume and people should pay more attention to the apps they use .I know how to take a min and turn off places that pop up because I pass by them .Pay more attention if your gonna use Maps I have seen several couples argue fight or even divorce jealousy acuse over Maps doing this time line thing really should fix this and folks should pay more attention to the app if your gonna use it make sure you look and read this is a problem starter when it dont have to be . Trust ♡ respect is almost unheard of these days . Peace ♡kk”

Then, being the night owl that I am, I took my storage items over at night and couldn't figure out how to get in because I didn't see the code in my email.
