Exceptionally clean facility and wonderful staff! Bonus points for using geothermal to manage the climate in the facility! We also rented a U-Haul truck from here for a day. Very easy process and the truck was clean and in good service.

Renting a trailer took 3 times longer than any other uhaul I’ve been to in Morgantown. The guy kept adding steps that we’ve never had to do before. We rent these trailers all the time so I have no idea why this was such an issue.

Easy-out at truck drop-off with delightful staffer. I reported the loss of my brand new glasses the next day and was notified quite quickly after by another staff member that he found them (not easily) in the cab. Great service. Rent here!
