After 36 minutes on hold finally had to hang up and not have my issue resolved… poor customer service is an understatement

Never have prescriptions ready on time, long wait times,been given the wrong prescription, nobody answers the phone to ask a question that a automated system can't,bad experience every time I have to get prescriptions.

Lady locked the doors at 9:54 PM and there were no less than 6 people including myself trying to get in . I get that it's close to 10PM closing, but don't close until the posted time! #rude#lazy
