“This is an amazing pharmacy. I've never put much thought into my pharmacy (besides a personal preference of supporting small businesses) but they are better than your average CVS or Walgreens. They went above and beyond advocating for me when my psychiatry office was taking over a week to get me refills on a medication I need to function daily. They helped in every way they could and were obviously very frustrated on my behalf (thank you Kinsleigh for being so compassionate and empathetic and for calling my psych office so many times). This pharmacy offers a personal touch of compassion that's worth driving a few miles past whatever chain pharmacy you're near because if you're ever in a situation like mine they will be there to help you however they can. Giant Eagle Pharmacy has come up with the lowest price each time. I learned several years ago from my oncologist, “ don’t fall in love with a pharmacy”. Formularies change every year. “Mid afternoon today I was in checkout and the cashier name tag identifies as Emma finished checking gentleman in front of me and started my order when she noticed he had left his wallet laying on the bagging area. Emma immediately excused herself and went running after him calling out sir, sir and caught him and gave him his wallet. I thanked her for her honesty and making sure she caught him. It's flu season folks, bring your patience lol. What really made my day was when one of the ladies realized I didn't have insurance, and used a discount that saved me $60! I wasn't expecting that at all, and while I may not have looked as pleased at the time due to being sick, the gesture warmed my heart and kept my wallet a little bit heavier. Just wanted to say thanks to the Pharm tech who gave me that discount and to everyone else working hard to keep our local pharmacy running!”

“Saved me over $800 for my one prescription. New Rx for eliquis and the coupon card was not being accepted. Also, I had 2 Rxs, a loading dose and then maintenance. The way the coupons work is confusing! And I am a pharmacist myself. The kroger pharmacist downloaded a second eliquis coupon, a different kind, and got everything covered for $10. Kroger pharmacists take the time to figure it out!”
“I highly recommend Walmart Optical at 75 Retail Drive. I scheduled an appointment at Spectrum Optical as my glasses had broken, and I needed a lens upgrade. The doctor at Spectrum didn't even examine my eyes for lenses, he said I needed cataract surgery. He referred me to Regional Eye Associates. At least REA listened to me and wrote me a lens prescription. BOTH REA and Spectrum let me walk out with broken glasses and weak lenses. When I arrived at Walmart Optical (a full month and a half after my first appointment at Spectrum); Abby was incredible helpful in picking out proper frames. She took one look at my glasses and said "Would you like me to fix them? It will only take a sec." And it did. Plus the cost was a third of what frames were at Spectrum. I highly recommend Abby at Walmart Optical 75 Retail Drive, Mgtn., WV. She went above and beyond in service and competence. So refreshing after the poor service at Spectrum and REA. And of course I had to pay for 2 expensive eye exams at Spectrum and REA. Spectrum should refund me the cost of that examination, as they failed in their job - MAJORLY.”
“To those saying "watch out my car got towed," HOW LONG WERE YOU IN THE STORE that they had the time to think your car was wrongfully parked, call a tow company, and have them pick it up and haul out before you'd made sure the bagger didn't put the eggs under the milk. Smells fishy... Anyway, this particular location has been loving nicknamed "Kroghetto." Not necessarily because it's bad but because it will never live up to mommy and daddy's expectations like "Krogucci" in Suncrest Plaza, and to be fair, they have the biggest, nicest Kroger I've ever seen. But back to Kroghetto, it has what you need and everything's clean with nothing to complain about. It is a tiny bit smaller than average and the parking area can prove testy to traverse but otherwise no major complaints.”

Anyway, I've had a rough week and for various reasons hadn't showered and didn't have a bra on; I'm not going into a store like that, friends, I was in ROUGH shape.So anyway. I figured that Walgreens has a drive through window. I told the lady I know this isn't what this window is for, but I just need some chapstick and have no bra on. This absolute ANGEL of a human obviously found my request strange, but still grabbed me some chapstick and let me buy it through the drive through.I hope I'm not getting her in trouble; but if she's reading this, A PLUS CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY and I will be forever grateful!”
