“My sisters 2005 Tucson needed some exhaust work to repair/replace a hole in a small flex pipe, she had been quoted an unbelievable high estimate. After Brian had the car on the lift, he show us the problem and explained what needed to be fixed to stop the exhaust noise. He only needed to replace the flex pipe, not including a whole new exhaust. Saved my sister $700 plus. It was a great experience meeting a nice couple like Brian and his wife. “I recently made a purchase from 9 east auto sales, in Martinsburg WV. I've been looking around for several months, and contacting so many dealers. Every dealership was either not will to give me a cash out the door price or just giving me some ludicrous numbers, on average the other dealership were quoting me $4000 or more. I was so happy and excited to have waited before I made a costly mistake, that's when I found 9 east auto sales, I spoke with Kevin walls about the grand cherokee trailhawk they had for sell and he within a few hours he got me a cash quote for the trailhawk, I stated i would be coming the next day to purchase the vehicle, I live in Alexandria Virginia about 2 hours away but it was well worth the trip. I came to the dealership and meet Mike walls, who is actually the owner and operator of 9 east auto sales. He was very knowledgeable about his cars on his lot, you can tell he's been doing this for awhile now, after the test drive we got straight to business and I have to say I've never had such a great car buying experience like this before. “Bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica on February 2 , 2023. Would recommend Tri Star to everyone. Had a check engine light to come on and they went far beyond the call of duty to make sure this issue was resolved.
