“I called Buettner's because the "low tire pressure' alert light was on my dash. I had tried to correct it myself by checking the tire pressure and adding air to the tires, but the alert was still on the dash. They said to swing by at my convenience... no appointment necessary. They would check the tire pressure and if there was a problem, we would go from there. They checked the tire pressure and adjusted it correctly. They then took it for a drive because they said it would need to be driven about 3 miles to reset, and there was no charge!! I couldn't be more happy with their service and their help and their kindness.”

“Can't say enough about this crew. We hit some bad car trouble when our convertible overheated and the engine shut off on the highway. They diagnosed the problem and began the process of ordering parts right away. This was no small deal as it is an older car and the nearest dealers were over 60 miles away. The next day we were on the road and were able to salvage our anniversary celebration in Nashville. As good as the technical work and effort here--auxiliary pumps and thermostats are notorious things to replace as they sit in the tightest area--we can't say enough about the care and courtesy of these folks. They are truly the best kind of people, and we will always be grateful for their help.”
