It's such an awful experience shopping here they should have never moved you can't get in and out

Would not take a return for items even though I explained to them that my husband has DIED and that's why I couldn't return within 90 days. The cashier LAUGHED at me when I explained that my husband DIED. Heartless and cruel store. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT LOWES EVER AGAIN.

I had a door on hold to come the next day to pick up and the night shift manager sold it to someone else! Took my name and number off the side of it and sold it to a contractor! I was told first come first serve!! I was the first one so that's not true!
