The customer service was alright, but I was a little disappointed in the lack of care or effort on the part of the technician performing the service and rotate. There was oil spilt on top of the engine, and oil residue left underneath the vehicle in enough quantity that it was leaving drops on the ground as I walked out to my car. They were closing soon and busy, so I didn’t really want to hold them up any longer, or possibly cause anymore headache. So I stopped and got some cleaner and cleaned as much of it myself as possible. I also noticed that most of the check over sheet was also barely filled out, as well. I just hope that if I have to go back for more warranty service, that this doesn’t make the service quality get worse. I know how techs can be, since I am one myself.

Ken and the rest of the sales staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable while shopping for a new truck. They were very personable and took the time to get to know us. I highly recommend you check them out if you're in the market for a new Ford.

Last month tried making an appointment for a WV inspection, but after several attempts and the prompt directed me to book online and decided to go that route. Seemed easy enough and even recieved a text or two to confirm it was made and a reminder. Showed about 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment to check in when I was advised they had no record of my appointment. Advised I had made it online and showed the service manager the text. He chuckled and said the online system tends to do that and proceeded to say they would try and fit me in. Gave it about 30 minutes when I asked to speak the GM of the dealership only to be told he was off. Will however give credit to the sales guys who got involved and grabbed the service manager who apologized and said he would get me in as soon as possible. So an hour and half later after that conversation and two hours later after my original appointment I left. If your online system has flaws then fix it or at the very least pick up the phone.

Worst service department ever!!!!!! They said my vehicle would be done in the one day and it wasn't at all!!!! They straight out and lied to us multiple times!!!! I missed my doctor's appointment and my health is not good!!!! I will never take my vehicle back to them ever again!!!! Also we planned on buying another truck for my husband and our son's first car there, but now, hell no!!! We will take our business elsewhere forever!!!! Never again!!!!

Salesman was very pleasant and listened to what I was looking for and sold me the truck that had the features I wanted. Process was fairly quick without a lot of back and forth between him and the sales manager, even with a trade in. It was a pleasant experience. Will highly recommend Parsons Ford.

Had recall work done for 2020 superduty, tailgate, bcm, tcm, and camera. Went to use AC and drivers side blows cold while passenger blows hot. Had to put on duel and turn passenger side to hot to blow cold. Have to take off and get a ride no loaner although there mistake. Seems to be trending this way at all dealerships as a professional tech all affected areas should be checked before returning to customer. Just my opinion.

Not an ideal location to get service done. An oil change took an hour and a half even with having booked an appointment. The service center is dirty and the waiting room is cramped and uncomfortable. The staff does not go out of their way to be make you feel comfortable. The cashier was not able to explain the breakdown on the receipt for the services provided. I was charged for the replacement of a filter that was never discussed or requested. Thankfully I caught it prior to paying. Definitely would not go back again or recommend to anyone.

Hi - I originally inquired about a used vehicle and naturally the initial response (24-48hrs or my inquiries) was very quick and rather informational. However, as I had more inquiries about the vehicle, the only response I get is from the Internet Sales Coordinator, who I'm not exactly sure if my queries are being passed along. My gut says they are being passed along and my queries aren't being answered because they're too direct and pointed. I've for sure made up my mind about this place. Seems to dodge the tough questions. And full disclosure, I've share my inquiries w/the sales coordinator several times, I believe I had 8 replies back and NO BODY has reached out to discuss my inquiries. And if I'm not purchasing from there, others should at least be informed. Also, careful - one of my inquiries was asking about a certain product that was supposed to come w/the purchase, I didn't see it in the picture of the vehicle, so I asked and I was told that doesn't come w/the vehicle and then I had provided a screenshot of the write-up from the listing.
I'm most upset that I need to select 1 star for the rating.
