“I stopped in to get a battery/alternator test relatively certain I needed a new battery. Krista G. assisted me up at the front counter going out to test my battery with me and explained that while the battery was still holding a charge the CCA were down which was causing my issues. Krista then recommended me a battery based on budget and walked me through the additional features and warranties on the more premium batteries. I ended up getting the premium battery with the 5 yr warranty and she made sure I knew to get the battery install kit to protect my investment. Krista even offered to install the battery for me, but I opted to do so myself and they offered me any tools I would need to do the job on loan. I was able to get in and out with new battery installed in under 30 mins.”

“I unfortunately hit a deer with my new 2025 Chevy trail boss. Only 7000 miles. It had extensive front end damage. I dropped truck off on a Monday. They had to tear it down, order parts, and deal with insurance. I had the truck back the next Thursday completely and professionally repaired. Highly recommend.”

“Really appreciated the way I walked in with a picture of my truck battery and was easily helped. They even carried it to my car and let me know about the $20 core return credit. When I brought the old battery back today for recycling without my receipt, they just looked up my battery and easily got my credit. Very professional and friendly. I drive past two other auto parts stores, but this experience was worth it. THANKS GUYS!!”
