“Great body shop with amazing customer service. I came back after two entire years just wondering about getting a faulty headlamp that was replaced looked at. I was just hoping to get a replacement under warranty and have to do it myself. Not only were they able to get me the replacement park, they also are replacing the headlight free of charge under the warranty. Totally exceeded my expectations. Will definitely come here again for body work.”
“This has to be the best Autozone i’ve been too. The manager Troy and Rob as well were super helpful. They basically did the job of a mechanic and sales person all in one, helping me remove my alternator and put in a new one on top of rerouting the serpentine belt. “An accident is always an unfortunate event. I chose Apple Valley as they were a Hyundai Certified Repair center. From the intake call with Richie to the visit to have him complete an inspection and offer some well needed advice on how to move forward with the process. His knowledge of insurance and the adjuster process was very valuable. Through this process he continued to provide information to guide me in dealing with the insurance companies. When things were not going as planned he pulled in an ace with more detail when it comes to dealing with insurance, standing firm in my new knowledge I was able to stand up to the insurance company and get a fair and reasonable offer to my loss. Highly recommend Apple Vally Collision.”

“Advance Auto parts around here has a decent reputation. Although, I personally believe that they hire just about anyone off the street because places are lacking employment and it tends to seem that people are also lacking common sense unfortunately. Thank God there is a computer that tells them everything they need to know when it comes to the auto parts. Although they have this, they also tend to still mess up reports at times. One or two times to exchange apart and I'm never ever see the same person working in there twice.”

“I’m not sure who everybody saw at the shop to leave such horrible reviews but I’ve had different services done with them over the years and they’ve always done great work. I would advice everyone to see Rod at the shop because he’ll get it done and done right. He’s put in stereos, back up cameras and new rear view mirrors in my vehicles.
