If they don’t have what you’re looking for, no worries, it’ll be there within the next day or two. The ladies and gentlemen working there are always so polite to deal with. I appreciate and rest assured that the crew at Kingwood Pharmacy handle my pharmaceutical needs. Also, I don’t have to wait for the Buckwheat Festival to roll around in order to have one of Mary Walker’s famous teddy bear suckers... yep, they sell them, too!!!”

Sometimes you have to wait longer than you'd like, but that's the way it is with all the chain drugstores everywhere. If you want better service than that, go to a small independent shop, as I do for most of my needs. But Walgreen's can get some meds that the small place can't, and sometimes I'm in their area and need some retail item.
I feel the employees are doing their best. Sometimes they may seem like they're not hurrying. I expect they have to adopt a slow and steady attitude to get through all the times they're swamped. They're human.”
“I had to travel about an hour from Clarksburg on a Friday morning to get the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. I had called earlier this week to insure they had that specific vaccine and explained to them the urgency. When I arrived on Friday morning to get the vaccine everyone behind the counter was very very nice. It was important for me to be able to get the Johnson and Johnson in order to start my new employment. Without it I would have had to wait another 4 weeks of I would have had to get one of the other vaccines and the 2nd booster before being able to start. So I was beyond grateful they were able to administer the last vaccine of that kind. As I said, everyone was very very kind. I definitely give this pharmacy 5 stars.”
