“Steve was so kind and honest and knowledgeable. We were victims of a used car sale gone bad. We purchased a car in VA and then on way home noticed coolant was low after it was filled prior to us leaving. I called Steve he worked us in and in a just few days we had answers. Cracked head among other things. He went as far as to give us an estimate to help us with contacting dealership to get some help. Unfortunately it didn’t work out however without Steve’s help and knowledge and just caring attitude we would have been lost. We are forever grateful.
