“I seriously can not say enough good things about the store manager Kate! We have been T-Mobile customers for two years now for the 5G home internet. We was having issues with our gateway being out of date. I contacted care team on the phone and they instructed me to go to the nearest T-Mobile store to swap my Gateway. I first went to the Cumberland Maryland store and they was trying to charge me a 45 dollar shipping fee to return the gateway to T-Mobile. Even the customer care online said no fees. I contacted LaVale T-Mobile and Kate ensured me that no fees would be charged to swap out the gateway modem. I quickly left the Cumberland Store and went to LaVale. Kate was outstanding and one of the best customer service employees I have ever experienced. She is personable, friendly, and gets things done! She is an excellent store manager. I will never visit the Cumberland store again. They not only tried to charge me a fee but they activated lines on my account for multiple home Gateways without my permission. Avoid the Cumberland MD T-mobile at all cost! LaVale is definitely the best! Kate Rocks!!”
