My girls are very young, so they're also very wild. Not once did they make me feel like bad about them running around like maniacs. They went out of their way to play with them and make us all comfortable. That type of service does not go unnoticed and I am very grateful to them!”

“We came into the Kanawha City store to replace my iPhoneX. It had been a good phone. I had it almost 6 years! It was time for a new phone though. Rob Grim is an excellent sales consultant. He answered all our questions and explained the options and available deals and discounts without being pushy. He has a great sense of humor. We are long-time AT&T customers, and we were pleased that we could get deals too on a new phone. Rob made it a very pleasant experience on a late afternoon on Mother's Day Sunday.”

22 River Walk Mall Unit 19, South Charleston“I have been with cricket for 10 plus years now and I am very happy with everything if I have any concerns they fix everything and I have had no issues I will continue to be a loyal customer. the store is clean and well stocked, the staff is courteous and polite and professional,they have a great verity of products to choose from and then really do work with you I have been many places and I have only found one Dead spot and that's just for 2 second's and that's saying a lot the coverage is amazing*****.”

“Recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile at the Town Center Mall T-Mobile store. Stopped in later in the evening to get everything taken care of. Of course things didn't go as planned but Gage, who has to be the calmest person I've ever met, spent hours getting everything taken care of. I'd imagine that my case was a little complicated which didn't help with making things easier though. Had a couple small issues the next day but Gage, Shane, Josh and another(sorry I can't remember your name), had it taken care of quickly. It's nice to actually have service at home now and for a lot less than Verizon. Can't say enough good things about the guys at this store and definitely glad I made the time to drive down.”

614 D St, South Charleston“I have been a Boost customer for several years. I had gone to different Boost stores with issues with my phone and they still were never solved. I went into the South Charleston store where I had met Preston. As soon as I walked in he greeted me and I was like that's different I have never been greeted at Boost. I explained to Preston what my issue was and in less than five minutes the phone was working the best it had in weeks. When ever I had a problem Preston solved it. I now find out that he is leaving and I was so sad. I will continue to use this store but it will never be the same. I wish Preston all the luck with his new venture.”

21 River Walk Mall, Charleston“I went to 3 TMobile stores, the first store the guy helped as much as he could, the one in cross lanes, I didn't appreciate how they were acting, kinda disrespectful so I left, But the one in South Charleston tops it, Brandon worked on my iPhone for about an hour with no luck. He was kind, patient and understanding. He got me the phone I could afford right now, and I I've had no issues. Super cool guy, very thorough and cares about his customers. 10/10 recommended. Y'all go see Brandon at River Walk tmobile”

Walmart is one of the biggest employers of the area. Walmart has crushed most mom and pop stores, so there is no where else to go go shop really. This is not the fault of the staff. The people who do work there work hard. Give them a break.”
“Had issues with cell phone. They tried to fix it buts in the charger. They were professional and courteous even when another customer was being rude. My issue couldn't be fixed in time i was in Wv. So ill do it in Indiana.”

They have got my billing so jacked up so many times, even tho I have never missed a payment. I pay like clock work but still get punishment with extra fees. For the crew that works at cross lanes, are completely amazing. They try to help with everything possible, and make you feel comfortable and not awkward like some places. I give those guys a five star, keep being awesome.”

I haven’t kept up with any details on what’s happening to the mall lately. The inside looks great with stories of Charleston covering up what used to be stores that are now gone.”

“Went there to upgrade my device to s23 ultra. The guy was nice swaped everything easy peasy and was out pretty quick and haven't had any issues with my phone. My cousin bought same phone went to two different boost mobile stores (patrick st and south Charleston) dealt with 1 rude employee at one and being overcharged in the end 3 days later her Sim card stopped working so she'll probably have to go to another boost mobile and pay another $25 to get her phone fixed because boost tells her she needs a new card...... males me think I only want to deal with Dunbar boost instead!”
