And I’ve been through heck and back with so many stores on different issues with no one that would take time out to care enough to help get a solution to my problems. Well that all changed when I went to store 57 and met Rob Grim and his crew Leah and Cody. I have had numerous issues that no one could figure out except this crew who are very friendly and always willing to help. And every problem I’ve had Rob has went above and beyond to fix. He is always patient and funny and takes customer service to a whole other level. My family and I really appreciate everything that him and his crew have done for us. If you want quality service then this store and crew are the place to be!! ???”

“I have been with cricket for 10 plus years now and I am very happy with everything if I have any concerns they fix everything and I have had no issues I will continue to be a loyal customer. the store is clean and well stocked, the staff is courteous and polite and professional,they have a great verity of products to choose from and then really do work with you I have been many places and I have only found one Dead spot and that's just for 2 second's and that's saying a lot the coverage is amazing*****.”

“I have been a Boost customer for several years. I had gone to different Boost stores with issues with my phone and they still were never solved. I went into the South Charleston store where I had met Preston. As soon as I walked in he greeted me and I was like that's different I have never been greeted at Boost. I explained to Preston what my issue was and in less than five minutes the phone was working the best it had in weeks. When ever I had a problem Preston solved it. I now find out that he is leaving and I was so sad. I will continue to use this store but it will never be the same. I wish Preston all the luck with his new venture.”

“Great place to buy in bulk at reasonable prices. Great variety. It's hit or miss on national brands and they are always changing so near impossible to know if they have what you need. Also do your homework because not all items are cheaper than competitors.”

“It's a Walmart. Most the employees don't want to be there, and the customers don't want to be there. It's just they have to. Walmart is one of the biggest employers of the area. Walmart has crushed most mom and pop stores, so there is no where else to go go shop really. This is not the fault of the staff. The people who do work there work hard. Give them a break.”
