“My wife and I just returned a rental this morning after a week of usage. When we got the car, such a sweet young lady was working. Upon returning it today, she was working again! Her name is either Isabelle or Isabella I believe. Such a sweetheart. She said she was new but you wouldn’t know it as she was very knowledgeable and her customer service skills are top tier! We were only here for a funeral sadly, and she made sure to give us her condolences. We have never had a more pleasurable experience renting a car and that speaks volumes as we travel A LOT! Please, if you happen to get this young lady, let her know she’s doing an amazing job! 10/10 just dealing with her alone made the experience 10/10. The vehicle was very clean as well and certainly did the job!”

“I booked a reservation online for the airport location (CRW) as I was flying into Charleston WV. That day was very stressful due to flight delays into Charleston but I was able to get in touch with another branch to let the airport know about the flight delays. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Katie (I think she said she was a branch manager at another location) but she provided excellent customer service. Katie was very patient and understanding. (As a former EHI employee) I give Katie props. She is an incredible employee and she made the interaction as smooth as possible. Aside from that, this location has plenty of newer cars that are very nice. I highly recommend this location and will be dealing with them again in the future.”

“We had an excellent experience with Dollar at the airport location. Faith was extremely helpful in helping us choose the best car for our trip. She was very helpful guiding us super out of town visitors with guidance as far as sights to see and the bestcar to drive for our tri- state adventure. The desk is super easy to reach within the airport and you can choose the car you'd like in a covered lot. This is convenient during inclement weather. All in all we were very satisfied with our trip!”
