“Thanks to Matt for providing excellent service, several extensions to my rental, and immediate receipt emailing. I have an Endurance policy-never would I recommend them-they kept dragging out my inspection and repairs then denied the claim. I had numerous medical appointments and needed a vehicle for more days than expected. Matt provided me with a vehicle similar to my own so I would not have to relearn the location of everything on the dash. I was able to book, sign, and go in a few short minutes. I recommend going thru Orbitz for a great deal and insurance - check with your credit card or personal insurance for rental coverage. The rental vehicles are clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Glad Matt was promoted!”

“So I want to say thank you to Chad and his manager for wow saving me. I had a rental with budget only to arrive and be told me they would not accept my credit card. So I went to enterprise I explained I needed to get home since my granddaughter at birth has a very rare condition called neurocutaneous melanosis, my son is deployed and his wife doing the best she can. So they listened and I do realize it's the bad eggs that has made it so hard for honest folks. I would also like to say I am a veteran so yeahAnother shout out to Chad which I could never have enough praise for Chad and I do hope God blesses both Chad and the manager.”

“I have had the best experience with the girls at Alamo/National at this location!Summar, Cara, and Mindy are always pleasant and happy to assist me. I have experienced seeing them with difficult customers and they are always professional and courteous, even when the customer is rude and demanding.These three women always do their best to meet and exceed the requests of their customers. If something is beyond their means they are apologetic and do everything to make it right, even if that means referring a customer to one of the other rental companies when they have no vehicles available.There are other employees who work here as well, but these three stand out with their excellent performances and their enjoyable conversation.I choose Alamo at the CRW 100% of the time for their customer service, if I go with another company it is merely based on a significant price difference alone!”

“I booked a reservation online for the airport location (CRW) as I was flying into Charleston WV. That day was very stressful due to flight delays into Charleston but I was able to get in touch with another branch to let the airport know about the flight delays. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Katie (I think she said she was a branch manager at another location) but she provided excellent customer service. Katie was very patient and understanding. (As a former EHI employee) I give Katie props. She is an incredible employee and she made the interaction as smooth as possible. Aside from that, this location has plenty of newer cars that are very nice. I highly recommend this location and will be dealing with them again in the future.”

“We had an excellent experience with Dollar at the airport location. Faith was extremely helpful in helping us choose the best car for our trip. She was very helpful guiding us super out of town visitors with guidance as far as sights to see and the bestcar to drive for our tri- state adventure. The desk is super easy to reach within the airport and you can choose the car you'd like in a covered lot. This is convenient during inclement weather. All in all we were very satisfied with our trip!”
