Locks your card due to “potential fraud” on a Wednesday evening when no one is in to call and get straightened out, no text or email to confirm if the action is fraudulent. No way to contact them due to holiday so I’m stuck without access to my money for over a day and 1/2

So far it's been a decent overall experience. My only issue is with the accuracy that of the balance amount isn't reflecting the correct amount which has lead to overfrafting my account I hope in the future that even if the amount is pending, that the balance will reflect accurately for the tranaction. Then happily give 5 stars

We've banked here for many many years. After making an appointment to go in the lobby as we needed to access our safety deposit box and have some papers notarized, we were SO mistreated that I thought some sort of punk was happening! It's not worth taking my or your time to explain how horribly the youngish blonde asst manager mistreated us. We are level headed and professional. Any bank would love our business due to what assets we bring. After another bank manager fell all over himself with kindness and helpfulness, we're still switching banks. Probably Westbanco who has asked us for our business. Chase has also invited us to come meet. We'll clean out deposit vault and NEVER step foot in any United Bank again!!!

Absolutely no grace period if you overdraft, even though they have OD protection or so they say, they still allowed a check to clear before the date of check which threw my account in the negative, then after my check posted and put me in the positive (which was the same day) they took another OD fee from me from a transaction that posted after i was already back in the positives, tried to get answers as to why they allowed the check to post early they said they dont pay attention to dates on checks so it can be cashed anytime regardless of date on personal checks, they have zero grace period for if you fall in the negative, they can take days to charge od fee or do it same day. Terrible bank, im currently qorking on switching to a better more helpful bank. Willnever bank here again nor tell anyone they should. Funny thing is ive been a long term customer for years and either they changed things and didnt notify anyone about it or are just now starting to fall apart! Do yourself a favor, DONT BANK HERE, THEIR CROOKS!!!!!

Great bank. The tellers are kind and very helpful. As is the rest of the banking staff and managers. Any issues you have can be quickly resolved. Appreciate them so much over the last couple years I've frequented here. A good choice of bank if in your location. A great example for United Bank in general.

Can't make a loan payment online unless you have a bank account with them... ugh. So inconvenient.

My account was overdrawn and I proved it was their fault. I still had to pay most of it..
