“The staff at this store went above and beyond! I discovered I had a flat tire about a half of a mile from the Les Schwab in Yelm. WA. I was able to get a donut on but the shop was right about to close. After a phone call the manager Cody told me to still come down. This place stayed open after hours! Enough staff stayed to fix my flat, add air to my other tires etc. and get me back on the road safely. They allowed my 5yr old and I to wait inside even though they were closed! Amazing! In these times you really don't find that often. I'm grateful for an excellent experience and customer service that I never, I mean never come across anymore. If I could give 10 stars I would! “Well well well let me tell you about my day decided to do something good on my day off didn't make it to my final destinations my dog and I got into an accident one till company came out but then refused to let me ride in the front of their car to the collision because of Covid despite me being an emergency room essential hospital employee I want up getting a rental car but after waiting two hours plus for a failed tow truck company this company came out and saved my day and I only waited 45 minutes the person named Bill working the tow truck was super friendly down to earth kind hearted and would have allowed me to ride in the truck with a mask. Super nice guy very professional and afterwards game me his card on case I ever need future services and a cute keychain light. This company went above and beyond for me and I will be using them and or telling everyone I can to use them if they need a fair priced tow services and good hearted people. Also took safe precautions with my lower lil car and prices are so appropriate . Thanks so much all you do Bill”
