“I was in a car accident, my front left wheel was completely bent. I had been driving around dangerously on my spare tire. I ordered my part and asked to put it in myself, however they were so sweet! When I kept asking questions about not damaging the bead and they offered their services to install my tire onto the new wheel.. Even still... It turned out I ordered the wrong wheel. What these two guys did made my day and even my week. They bent my wheel back to shape at no cost to keep me going safely. This shop has the lowest prices in Olympia and the greater Olympia area. I'm so surprised that it isn't always full. they work quickly and they are polite”

“I wish I knew the names of the Costco employees that took care of us. But here's what happened. We traveled from Seattle to Portland for our company picnic. At the end of the event we found one of our rear tires was flat. Had the spare installed but of course since we had a long drive to get back home. I wanted to get our new Firestone tire fixed. We called several Firestone's from Portland to Lacey Washington and they all said you'll have to make an appointment next week. Yes this was on a Sunday but none of them cared about our situation. It was like it's corporate policy to not give a flip unless your issue is made with an appointment. Any way Costco took care of us by insuring us our spare was safe to use for the remainder of the trip. On a Sunday! Thank you Costco! My next set of tires will be purchased at Costco.”

“After my car was done I drove off and about 10 minutes later it started acting up. Steve at the Lacey Wa location kept the door open for me after closing to comfort me and tell me they would get it fixed. The next day they had replaced the spark plug that blew free of charge since it was why my car was there in the first place and it was a bad plug to begin with. I was impressed by the compassion and helpfulness of the staff and the care they took to make things right. I’d give them higher score if I could and my car will always be going to that fire stone location!!!”
