“Not just a gym but a community. I always struggled with my fitness trying different gyms and programs. I was definitely out of shape and had never touched a barbell when I started going to Crossfit Yelm. This gym and style of workout is for people at any ability. Everything has a scale or modification. The coaches are all trained and know how to walk you through every workout. They make everyone feel welcomed and able. This gym was life-changing. I highly recommend.”

“I work out at1@m .It's a nice quiet workout.. And there is a nice little sauna. The place is tucked away in a corner by yelm highschool. Very private very secluded. Month to month or yearly.”

“Love this gym! The trainers here are fantastic, their very welcoming and the best at helping you with achieving your fitness goals. I train with Isaiah, and its all thanks to him that I've met my weight goal and have great form with my workouts. The environment is relaxing and everyone that I've met at this gym are very friendly and even met some great gym buddies here. They offer a variety of classes and their a great place to start with if you are new to going to the gym. I personally really enjoy their bootcamp and yoga classes.”
