Oxford Suites Yakima is a wonderful and decent hotel along the river. The staff are welcoming, friendly, super pleasant, helpful, and provide excellent, beyond excellent customer service. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable, probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds, with exceptionally comfortable pillows and linens. Guests enjoy a delicious hot breakfast with quite a few options and remarkably good coffee, plus an evening reception and dinner. The hotel features an excellent pool and spa. Some guests noted the fitness center is small and equipment can be broken, and hallway noise can be heard. However, most highly recommend it and will definitely return every time they stay in Yakima.

Bartender -GREAT! Staff- friendly! Beds- probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in and I travel often! Highly recommend!

Overall a decent hotel along the river. Hot breakfast is a nice bonus. Had a couple of issues that would have made the experience better. The shampoo dispenser was either broken or empty. Didn't realize it until the day we were leaving. The fitness center is small and unfortunately the treadmill is broken.
