I have to say nowadays customer service just is not the best but I appreciated the assistance I received He was extremely knowledgeable, relatable, and understanding of my needs. We switched from android to iPhone and he was very patient with my many questions. He was transparent with pricing and one time charges which I APPRECIATED. I am a happy Verizon customer today been with you guys for bit over 8 years have to say give this guy a raise if you can!!!”
