She not only fixed it, she also showed him how to fix it himself so that we would not have to drive into town every time he does this. She also took the time to have him go thru the steps to make sure he understood how to fix the problem. THANK YOU!! She then let us know that I could get a new tablet and lower our monthly bill. She needed a new phone and after waiting for over 40 minutes we were greeted by the sales associate that basically rolled his eyes at us after we told him we needed a very simple phone, was so rude!
