“I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for this place because it's so good. I honestly can't say enough great things about it! Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere—this is the place you want.
The staff is incredibly helpful and genuinely kind, which is a refreshing change from most storage companies. They even offer a large box truck you can use for free, along with free pallets to help with moving and organizing.

“It's your typical storage place, nothing really special except all the units are heated. I don't like that there isn't 24 hour access to the unit. From 11pm to 7am there is no access allowed. I just don't understand why that is since everyone who does have access is a paying customer with ID and everything about you on file. Security cameras would catch anyone if they did try to do anything. I thought maybe they didn't want people making noise late at night moving stuff in or out, but it's not near any residential buildings. Other than that, it's well maintained and clean for the most part. The staff is friendly and accommodating.”

The property and facilities are clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the moving truck was a serious highlight. “Excellent storage company! Close proximity to downtown but removed from major traffic and in a very safe location. Plenty of parking, great hours of accessibility beyond office hours, clean and climate controlled, bathroom access, secure elevator, wonderful help from both the general and store manager. I didn’t end up needing a unit as long as I thought but know exactly where I’m going if I ever do.”

“I stored my RV here for 2 years and in that time everything went smoothly! Mostly thanks to Angie at the office! She was a huge delight to work with and if anyone even thought of looking at my RV, she'd have shooed them away with the tenacity of a bull! She even called me to let me know my new credit card wasn't working and kept me from getting a late fee!! Love her. Will definitely be coming back for any future storage needs! 10/10 experience.”
