“So far we've had great success at this storage unit. $1/mo for the first month. I forgot the guys name but the gentlemen who helped us buy the lock & show us our unit was very kind and had excellent customer service. We did however drive over around 8pm (we allegedly have access until 9pm bc we're on autopay) and we couldn't get the garage door open.. we were able to get in through the main door to the left & into the sliding doors that take you into the unit so we were able to offload but that was kind of frustrating/confusing. It's a 45 minute drive for us so quite a way to go if we can't get in. Otherwise been good.”

Met with John and he walked me through the whole process. He was super knowledgeable, thorough, and above all a genuine person who seems to really care about his customers. “Went in looking for a storage unit (obviously ??♀️) stressed and overwhelmed with packing and moving in general. Walked in and right away was greeted by this incredible being by the name of Sarah. Instantly felt like I had just pulled up to my friends work to catch up on our days. She was extremely helpful and walked and showed me a few units to help me figure out the size I needed. But most Importantly she helped me find the one I wanted. I had full intentions of going around to several storage places then making an assessment then decide. Sarah was so great I got one right then and there and have been saved from the driving, the searching the dreadful moment where I thought I’d be like ok ok which one which spot this that, nope, done and done! Easiest and best experience ever. Thank you so much, Sarah!And also Trojan Storage $50 isn’t enough for gas, time and energy to do after hour assists! Just saying”
