“Been with GESA since 1992. Great personnel. Call 24 down frequently...but that is improving.one problem..big one...I purchased a cashiers check..took to who I made it out too..now it is lost. So I go back to GESA and tell them. I am told I can not file it as lost for 90 days..then once ive done that they can do a search..and could not guarantee when those fund would be back in. Are you kidding me?!!!So basically they are holding my Three thousands dollar lost cashiers check hostage for over 3 months..I have the receipt..the company I wrote it to has not processed. Told I can buy another one and if not found they'll refund....but according to them we cant even start the search or cancel cashiers check for over 90 days. Ridiculous!”

If you want a nice, quick and easy experience, you MUST do everything through your local brach. If you apply online, it goes through remote loan employees who will make the process long, drawn out (weeks), and will make it as inconvenient as humanly possible for you, and for any potential private seller. For loans, just remember, LOCAL BRANCH ONLY!”

No matter the issue i have had with money outside the bank, they work tirelessly to get me results and i never go more than 2 hours without a call back. Closing my first account and opening a new one was easier than i imagined, and it was all over the phone! COVID hasn't stopped these folks , or even slowed them down when it comes to customer service. Special shout out to Rick, Who has been amazing and polite any time I've called. After my previous bank. Bank of the West was bought out, I eventually got locked out of my account.
The ONLINE services and phone center has been genuinely abysmal and horrible.
However, Phoenix at the Kenmewick branch has offered stellar service. Despite everything we still couldn't get me logged into my online account, amd i had to cancel my account, but I appreciate everything he did.
