Was assisted with buying some car bulbs. Unfortunately one of the bulbs was defective as could be seen through the unopened packaging. Drove back and they replaced them for free without issue.

As a counterman for twenty years in several dealerships. I have dealt with NAPA stores, known the owners. Both as a customer and provider. After moving here to Wenatchee, was hopeful that the same service would be provided. Multiple promises from one of the counterman on more than one occasion leaves me disappointed.

Teach your manager, south end store, and one of his peeps to not argue with a soon-to-be x-customer, who realized he just got over charged by an un-apologetic you, & simply wants the error refunded to him. If you want to keep your customers, don't rip them (me) off. No other retailer would do that then argue about it. Fair is fair. Respect your customers.
