“I just purchased a 2011 Volvo XC60 from a private seller and wanted to have the car thoroughly looked at and diagnosed. Our service person Jeff gave me a rundown of what they offer and recommend to get done first before any service repairs if any. He was very informative and upfront and kind. Once I got the full report, they made a list of what's important to service immediately and what can be done with time, that gave me the ease and peace of mind that I made a great purchase and what things I needed to tackle right away. “I'm spacing on the tow truck driver's name that came out tonight from Town and Country.... She was awesome though! She really saved the day for me when I was stuck in a pinch.Town and Country came out to replace a spare tire for a flat I had. It was dark, rainy, and looked no fun at all. The driver was very friendly and definitely had some muscle! The lug nuts on my Camry were jammed and she was able to get it taken care of.I felt really bad that I didn't have any cash on hand for a tip. I really appreciated the service and will definitely recommend this tow truck company to anybody in the Gig Harbor area who finds themselves in need of auto assistance!!”

“Took my 2008 Mustang GT in a year or so ago to have the transmission serviced and a chatter from the rear end diagnosed. Gary addressed the issue's and repaired them. Currently have my 04 Jeep into them for a Pressure sensor replacement and full service on the automatic transmission. Really enjoy working with Gary as he is an old school muscle car guy. He is honest and upfront and I highly recommend them for any transmission issues you might have.”

“I had the best experience with Easy Towing Seattle. My car got stolen over the weekend and when it was found I was not able to drive since the ignition was busted so I contacted Easy Towing Seattle to tow my car to my building's parking garage. My parking spot is on the second floor (P2) and when I say Easy Towing Seattle went above and beyond to help me park my car, I truly mean it. When they arrived I realized the truck could only fit on the first level and my parking spot was on the second level so they removed my car from the truck on the first level and literally pushed my car to its parking spot on the second level. After a very stressful week I am very thankful I contacted easy towing. Any other company I feel would have just left my car on the street but they didn't. I am truly grateful for their service. I won't hesitate to contact them again if I ever need it.”
