I needed a pre-purchase inspection done and since I was out of town, Arrows Automotive were the only ones willing to pickup/dropoff the vehicle for me from the nearby dealership. They were friendly and helpful, thorough with the inspection, and called me to go over the results on the phone. They didn't try to upsell me on anything. Reasonable price and they were able to schedule me on quite short notice too. I would definitely go to them again and recommend them.”

“This entire team was so helpful, thoughtful, and caring towards me when I took a recently purchased vehicle in to be inspected. Unfortunately it turned out to be a complete junker but if they had not run the in depth diagnostic tests included in their inspection package I never would have known. They took the time to walk me through each major issue with the vehicle (and there were MANY) Fortunately, I was able to use the detailed information from their digital report to arrange to return the car to the seller for some of my money back so there was tremendous value in that. “A sudden blowout on our 5th wheel left us disabled on I 5 just south of downtown Seattle, two hours into our 5 day vacation. Luckily we were able to pull to where an on ramp merged, so we were not obstructing traffic and we had room to change the tire safely. The problem was the Lugnuts were too tight for my husband to remove. Luckily, he called industrial tire service. It wasn't long before they arrived and had the tire replaced. We were amazed that they only charged $50. Unbelievable. There are not enough stars to award this business, their service quality value promptness our satisfaction we can recommend them so highly please pass the word.”

“Really fast service. I needed to buy a wheel and used tire. They made sure it fit my vehicle and then put on the right tire quite fast.Nowhere to sit down. Most folks working there don''t speak good English. Shop is dark and a bit of a mess. If you can look past all of that, I think they will take good care of you. “We had a problem with our daughter’s car. We were afraid it was the transmission. Took it to Brian and he drove it and recognized the problem right away. Thank goodness not the transmission. He was able to install two new front end bearings right away which alleviated the problem. My daughter uses the car for her business and needed the car. So it was a great relief. Good service. “Appt was scheduled for noon. Easy check-in. Dropped my F-150 off early. It had an impossible time reach Vacuum hose come off, and I didn't help matters by trying to fix it myself. Got a call around 4:00 and said it's all done. Go pick it up and they said it's all covered by warranty. I'm blown away.”

“I needed to have my crankshaft position sensor replaced. They had my part in the shop and was able to fit me in the very next day. I received the best customer service and the lowest price. Another shop wanted to charge me an expensive amount just to do a diagnostic and this and that, but he saved me over $400! Very honest and courteous service. Fin the owner is very respectful and won't talk down or try to upsell you. I finally found the shop I've been looking for!”

“I had an excellent experience when I went in to get some new tires. I did not have an appointment but I called ahead at 3:30pm and the person said they didn't have appointments left but if I came in as a walk in they would be able to take me today. The rep who checked me in, Chris, was very professional and looked at my tires was able to help me get the right ones, and I was able to get all 3 tires within my budget when I was only planning for 2. They were honest and did not try to upsell me on extra services and they stayed after close to finish my vehicle. I was very impressed and will definitely go there for future services.”

“I came in after getting a flat on the highway. I didn't have an appointment but the person who helped checked my tire out and said they could fix it but it would take awhile because they were slammed. It ended up being about an hour later and I got a call that it was unrepearable and I would need to get a new tire. Thankfully they had one left and prorated the mileage for the new tire (I got the new tires in november) so it came out to be 50 dollars. Another hour to install the new tire and I was on my way. I really appreciate the warranty and communicating with me that the tire it turned out couldn't be fixed and let me make a decision on what I wanted to do.”
