“I’m very pleased with this business. Had a tire with low pressure. Asked them to repair if possible and look over the tires. They called to tell me all the tires were needed to be replaced.All were in very poor shape and I believe they were 13 year old tires. They quoted me the price and I looked up the tires online and the price was in accordance with the cost of those tires at other places. The extra costs the removing and adding the tires and balancing and taxes and cost to dispose of tires is all listed on the receipt. They told me a few other things that need to be done and I made an appointment in a couple weeks to get vehicle back in. There’s no pressure. They are informative and I was happy that they were able to get me in same day. Great customer service. The owner/ manager is a really nice man. I trust him and his garage.”

“This entire team was so helpful, thoughtful, and caring towards me when I took a recently purchased vehicle in to be inspected. Unfortunately it turned out to be a complete junker but if they had not run the in depth diagnostic tests included in their inspection package I never would have known. They took the time to walk me through each major issue with the vehicle (and there were MANY) Fortunately, I was able to use the detailed information from their digital report to arrange to return the car to the seller for some of my money back so there was tremendous value in that. “Got two great tires for $70 each. It’s so hard to find used tires in Seattle, and all the shops I called were asking at least $50 more per tire. They answered the phone promptly and were able to fit me in the same day. When I got to the shop, the folks there were fast, professional, and friendly - I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I got the tires just before leaving Seattle and I’ve made it to Wisconsin with no issues!”

“If I could give 10 stars I would.
We were driving 3hr away from seattle to drop friends off at the airport when suddenly my wheels started to rattle and it got progressively worse. We thought it had something to do with the wheel bearings. They were able to get us in as soon as we got to seattle, found out one of the wheels is loose and my brake pad is gone. Got the brakes replaced and wheels all secured in less than an hour, and we still made it to the airport. Very good and straightforward service. They were a blessing to us today!”

“Wife got a flat. Tire was toast. Called around and was looking at ~$500 for a OEM tire for my Tesla Model Y and at least a week wait. Called Marty’s and they had a lightly used one in stock. Had it on for me in 10min and it was only $129 plus tax!!!! These guys are amazing!”
“Amazing!! I came in to get my ac fixed, which i thought just needed a recharge, gave me a time estimate and i waited. While i waited i got time to pet their dog milo, who is amazing. And they even offered me a homemade burger beause the repairs were taking longer than normal. Fast forward they werent able to fix the issue, and told me to come back in a few days. I returned and left the truck with them, and in within a few hours they had it fixed. Turns out a mouse had made its way into my fusebox, and absolutely decimated the underside of it, they even showed me photos of it mouse nest and all, cheeky bugger. Either way they fixed it at no additional cost and my AC is now working. Great family, great service, great work. 10/10.”
“A sudden blowout on our 5th wheel left us disabled on I 5 just south of downtown Seattle, two hours into our 5 day vacation. Luckily we were able to pull to where an on ramp merged, so we were not obstructing traffic and we had room to change the tire safely. The problem was the Lugnuts were too tight for my husband to remove. Luckily, he called industrial tire service. It wasn't long before they arrived and had the tire replaced. We were amazed that they only charged $50. Unbelievable. There are not enough stars to award this business, their service quality value promptness our satisfaction we can recommend them so highly please pass the word.”

“I bought a car from a friend in Seattle, and we determined it needed a new battery before I drive it back to Michigan. I happened to have a 30% off coupon for Pep Boys pop up on my phone when I called for roadside assistance, and this shop had my battery available and good reviews for working with Volkswagens.
I drove over and they were willing to take care of me as long as I understood it could be a while. I had no problem with that since I walked in with no appointment or warning.
There were a couple other quirks with my 20 year old Jetta they alerted me to (which I already knew about and will repair when I get home) and I appreciated them telling me and not being pushy about anything.
The customer service was excellent. The pricing was fair. And my car starts and runs like a dream. They even made sure I had a store near me so I can take advantage of the 36 month warranty if needed. I highly recommend this shop.”

“Had a great experience with David at Pep Boys. I got a flat tire over the holiday weekend and needed it fixed. I called on Labor Day and David said they could help me out. When we arrived he came and looked at my tire and said they would most likely be able to patch instead of getting a new tire. I left my car and a few hours later the car was ready to go. I can't say enough good things about the service from David at this location and I highly recommend giving them your business.”
“This should maybe be a four star review but considering that I did not make an appointment, and used their free air check service, and then they were able to fit doing a patch to my tire into their schedule, well all of that together bumps it up a star.
Great friendly service, nice/(clean!) area to wait, (of course the popcorn). I live in Seattle but when I need tire service I just trust the mid-size town locations more.”
“I saved myself about $1000 going to Costco vs. les Schwab or discount tire. No men trying to con me into buying more than I needed was super pleasant. No mechanics complaining about how bald my tires were also. They also gave me a reminder sticker when to rotate tires. It was great! I did not plan the wait time well or time of day I made appointment. 1.5 hour wait but I chose the busiest time of day at Costco right when it opens. There is no official waiting area for tire shop besides Costco deli area. I chose to wear sandals and it started raining soon after I dropped my car off. I would plan for someone to pick you up so you can get errands done around town or go out for a meal while you wait. I did meet some pleasant people while waiting in the deli but I’m a total introvert so this was a bit rough.”
