4203 SW Oregon St, Seattle“I've been rowing at Row House since November, 2023, and have been thrilled to find this form of exercise. As an older guy, I need low impact cardio, and these classes provide a solid workout, they are fun, and the coaches do a phenomenal job of providing solid encouragement, enthusiasm, while also creating space to go at your own pace.”

2653 SW Yancy St, Seattle“South Seattle CrossFit changed my life. I walked into their facility almost 12 years ago and I immediately felt welcomed, supported, and motivated. I had just had a baby and they helped me to feel stronger than I ever had before. Most importantly, I gained some truly amazing friends. The coaches and owners of the gym are some phenomenal human beings. They are always motivating you and guide you through every workout. I always recommend this gym to everyone I know. Check it out - you won’t regret it.”
“I’ve been a member at CrossFit West Seattle for 8 years! Since my first day, I’ve felt welcomed and included. I even earned a couple nicknames!!! Coaches are knowledgeable and fun. They support all ability levels and ages with tips and scaled options for all movements and workouts. The programming is amazing—great variety, crazy couplets, regularly programmed longer workouts focusing on cardio, and lots of barbell and gymnastic skill work. Workouts are written for the best athletes (as they should be) AND there is always a second workout programmed that gives everyone access to the perfect workout for them. Come check us out (and if you are really cool you’ll join the 6 am crew!) Danielle, our super passionate owner, responds quickly to all inquiries. Email her today! You will love her vibe and the community she has helped create”

1115 S Elizabeth St, Seattle“Ive worked out at a lot of gyms and 777 is the best by miles in terms of culture, coaching, and programming. Its an amazing gym for both a long time crossfitter and someone who is brand new!”

11009 1st Ave S, Seattle“Great Gym, super fun, and helpful. One thing I love about their team is that they have many different ways to create, "touch points" with their members. They send emails, and texts, and work with folks not only when the client is in a session or class, but also outside of it. They also tend to offer events for the their fitness community to hang out and do things together! This is a fantastic place to work out!”

5275 Olympic Dr, Gig Harbor“Not too crowded and well organized. Bathrooms are in various places throughout the gym. Singles. They even have a handicap shower in one of them. Soap provided in the shower and there is a hair dryer. I love the container of hair ties. Thanks”

2920 6th Ave S, Seattle“I visited as a guest from out of town and had a great experience! I am very new to CrossFit and appreciated how Greg, one of the owners, was so patient and really took the time to explain things carefully and correct my form. I plan to come again the next time I am back in town.”
“I simply want to get stronger as I age and the team here is fabulous — superb, knowledgeable, and fun trainers who want to help you — and make sure you are safe too. :)”
“I am 61 and just now utilizing a gym with enthusiasm. Every member I’ve encountered is a reflection of the owners. They are genuinely kind, helpful, encouraging, and fun. I look forward to every workout session.Special thanks to Coach Lindsay! You’re amazing!”

10031 16th Ave SW, Seattle“206 South has continued to provide a safe workout space / community for me since 2019. If you’re looking for a gym that strives for inclusivity, strives to make a better YOU, and takes the time to get to know you on a personal level then a standard commercial gym that only checks on you for their own profit then this is the gym for you! The coaching staff at this gym are phenomenal people and show what it means to be the heart of White Center!! So don’t look any further sign up for a class now! :)”
“Anthony was very welcoming and encouraging. I was in town for a day and they let me come in and use the space. They have various machines and squat racks, free weights, etc. Seems like a great environment!”
“I was the only person here at 7:30am on a Saturday and it was amazing. I hate how crowded the box gyms. The mobility equipment variety here is like having access to the Athletic Training dept on a college campus, big plus there. If you're a solitary athlete, keep your head down, and tired of big box gyms then I would go here if I were you.”
“Been going here for years. Great locale, nice community, and very clean. Just tried a class with a trainer for the first time. The class was challenging, fun, and creative. Speed and agility drills were a nice change up from the usual lifting routine. Thanks Coach Jess!”
“Pros: The curves workout is easy and done in 30 minutes. I really like how the weight machines are hydraulic and you customize the resistance. The coach staff are really friendly and supportive. Cons: The hours of operation are limited right now until they get new members and there is only one type of workout available. That said, it's great for those looking for low impact or beginners, or those that just want a straightforward all female gym and workout routine.”
“A hidden gem. Harold is an expert in body building and general fitness. His gym is classic, not co-ed, and reasonably priced. The equipment is high-end all chrome, built unlike any of the modern cheap stuff you find at gyms these days. Harold has always gone above and beyond to ensure I'm getting the most out of my membership. Always there to help spot me, train on specifics and ensure that I don't hurt myself in the process. Great community, you'll get to know the people you work out with which has been really cool and not the norm.”

2620 California Ave SW UNIT 200, Seattle“Loss of a star for terrible acoustics in the room that make it SO hard to hear the instructor. However I will put up with that to take Brett's classes. She is warm, inviting, and motivates the class in a manner that promotes autonomy and empowerment. She is relatable and irreverent. My individual needs are tracked and accommodated. Brett possesses a unique mix of technical knowhow, personality, and social awareness that keeps us coming back. No wonder she has such a following!”

6521 43rd Ave NW Unit 8,9,10, Gig Harbor“I came to Crossfit GH nearly 10 years ago as an athlete without direction. It was my first year competing in the professional ranks as a Downhill Mountain biker and I was training like a total amateur. I reached out to David explaining my goals as an athlete and the sport-specific training needs that came with the rigors of Mountain Biking. He accepted me into his gym with open arms and accelerated my training beyond anything I had experienced. Breaking the mold was hard, but I soon learned accountability through my attendance and was given the mental strength needed for the challenging hurdles of my sport.Soon my results started to speak for the training as I secured podium finishes and solidified sponsorships that have lasted year after year. Since then I have not only found my place as a professional athlete, but have been given the leadership tools to start my own team and give back to riders who are starting their professional careers. I now manage 3 elite level riders under what is now one of the top Downhill programs in the Country. Success that I truly believe stemmed from my first meeting with David a decade ago.David has been more than just a coach to me. He is one of my greatest mentors and a dear friend. The care that he puts into training all of his athletes is unquestioned. He is truly there to guide us not only in the gym but in life. If you are looking for a home to test yourself mentally and physically all while building lasting relationships with like minded athletes, look no further. Crossfit GH is one of a kind.- Matt Orlando”

2222 California Ave SW, Seattle“The place is clean, the staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. Access 24 hours makes it easy to just walk out your door and head in. The app works well to guide through some simple workouts. Lacaia has been awesome helping me get started and moving in the right direction.”
“One of the bigger Anytime fitness I’ve been. Equipment are old, but they have more machines than most of the anytime fitness i’ve been, as they’re the machines I need for my push, pull, & leg workouts. And although they’re old, they still do the job, just like the ones LA Fitness, those are old as well. Also their bathrooms a far better too, i’ve been to renton anytime fitness and the Renton one is nasty compared to this one.”

1211 S 320th St, Federal Way“This 5 star review is for the awesome human, Angela, that works her heart off here! I see her regularly going above and beyond, keeping the gym spaces and locker room in top shape, covering for people’s evening shifts and then being back for her regular 6am—all with the most down to earth, joyful attitude. How do you do it, girl? It’s a pleasure seeing you every time. Federal Way PF, you’re lucky to have such a fine employee representing!”
5AM - 11PM
14905 4th Ave SW, Burien“A rather well-maintained gym. I like to come to this location for upper-body days because they have a wider range of dumbell weights and a decent number of barbell benches. They only have a couple of squat racks, though, so it can be tough to work leg days here.”
5AM - 11PM
3900 SW Alaska St, Seattle“I enjoy the club very much. The people and the atmosphere can’t be beat. Recently I had lost my car keys. Ben, the trainer at the gym , took time on his break and found my lost keys for me. I never would have found them alone. The cost he saved me was worth months of a membership!! He didn’t think twice about it and that exemplifies the quality of staff to be found here at the West Seattle location.”

14635 9th Ave SW, Burien“This Gym is amazing , Amazing facility with top-of-the-line equipment, great environment super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners like me to professional athletes to train at. Don the owner is an incredible person who takes time to understand you and will help you reach your target goal.”
“I’ve been coming to the Vashon Athletic Club since the 90’s. And although I currently don’t live on Vashon, every time I come back for a visit there is something else that has been upgraded in the club. The facilities are very versatile and no matter what type of workout you’re looking for, the VAC probably has the space and equipment for you. The indoor pool area (with hot tub and cold plunge), surrounded by trees, is serene. Nick and Sarah are amazing owners and I’m grateful for everything they’ve done with the club!!”
